Delete your TimeLapse account & data

This page explains how to delete your TimeLapse account and all data associated with it. TimeLapse accounts are created by linking your Ring account through Ring's official Partner OAuth — there is no separate TimeLapse password.

Option 1 — In the TimeLapse dashboard (instant)

  1. Open your TimeLapse dashboard and go to Settings.
  2. Under Delete account & data, click Delete account & data… and confirm.

This immediately and permanently deletes your account, all snapshots and reels, every project and setting, and your Ring connection (access tokens are purged). It cannot be undone.

Option 2 — Disable TimeLapse in the Ring app

  1. Open the Ring app on your phone.
  2. Go to Menu → Settings → Linked Accounts / Works with Ring.
  3. Find TimeLapse and tap Disable / Remove.

This immediately revokes our access and pauses capture. To also erase your stored snapshots and reels, use Option 1 (instant in-app delete) or Option 3 (email us).

Option 3 — Email us

Send a deletion request from your account email to info@erbacciltd.com. We will delete your account and associated data within 7 days and confirm by reply. UK/EU GDPR rights are supported.
