Project/deviceCamera IDs, project names + schedule you configureRing API + you
Push token (mobile app, optional)If you turn on push notifications in the TimeLapse app, the app registers its device push token (Apple APNs / Google FCM) so we can send the "reel ready" notification to that phone. 3. How we use it

4. Retention

DataRetention
Source snapshotsUp to 90 days, then automatically deleted
Compiled reelsUp to 90 days, then automatically deleted
Account + project configUntil you delete; 30 days backup
Push tokenUntil you turn push off in the app or delete your account (invalid tokens are pruned automatically)

5. Sharing

We use AWS (hosting, storage) in the EU as a processor — all your snapshots and reels stay within AWS. We also use Resend (resend.com), a third-party transactional email provider, to send TimeLapse's transactional emails — the "your time-lapse is ready" notification, your passwordless sign-in one-time code, and, only when you request them, the app-store install links; Resend receives only your email address and the message content (your project name and a dashboard link, a 6-digit code, or the two app-store links) — never your snapshots, reels, or any camera footage. For mobile push notifications we use Amazon SNS (AWS) to deliver to Apple (APNs) or Google (FCM); they receive only your device push token and the notification text (your project name) — never your snapshots, reels, or any camera footage. We never sell or share your footage for advertising. Reels are shared only by you, when you choose to download/send them.

6. Your rights, opt-out & deletion

You can delete your account and all data instantly from the TimeLapse dashboard (Settings → Delete account & data) — this immediately purges your snapshots, reels, projects, settings, and Ring connection. You can also disable/unlink TimeLapse from the Ring app to revoke access and trigger deletion, or email info@erbacciltd.com (within 7 days). UK/EU GDPR rights supported (access, correction, deletion, portability).

Opting out. TimeLapse has no optional data-sharing and no AI-training program, so there is nothing to selectively opt out of and no impact on your service from any such choice. You control data collection directly: pause or delete any project to stop capture, or unlink/delete your account to stop all processing entirely and remove your data. No human ever views your snapshots or reels — they are compiled automatically and are visible only to you in your dashboard.
